Rejuvenate Your Appearance with a Brow Lift
A brow lift can provide a long-term correction of frown lines, forehead lines and sagging brow. If BOTOX® no longer achieves the results you are looking for, a brow lift may be a more suitable treatment.
At our Oklahoma City plastic surgery office, Dr. James (Jim) Lowe may perform your brow lift using the traditional or endoscopic technique. A brow lift can also be combined with eyelid surgery in OKC, for a dramatic rejuvenation.
When to Undergo a Brow Lift in Oklahoma City

FAQ
How does it work?
Dr. Lowe can perform brow lift surgery using the traditional method or the minimally-invasive endoscopic method. The traditional brow lift involves an incision traveling along the hairline. The endoscopic method uses a few small incisions along the hairline. An endoscope is a tiny camera that allows the surgeon to view the tissue structures under the forehead skin. Both brow lift techniques will tighten loose skin, slightly elevate the brow tissues, and relax forehead muscles that cause wrinkles.
What happens after a brow lift?
After surgery, some numbness, swelling and bruising can occur. These side effects usually last only a week or two, but numbness can last longer in some cases. After 1-2 weeks, patients usually return to work and normal daily activities. Exercise can usually be resumed after 3-4 weeks.
Endoscopic brow lift surgery results in a shorter recovery period and minimal scarring. However, most brow lift surgery scars can be hidden with hair and are very discreet.
Who performs the brow lift?
